- Submitting an order form gives the customer reservation rights over the ordered products for a period of three (3) days. Period starts when Funky Streaks has confirmed the order through email, and ends when customer completes payment.
- Customer forfeits or cancels order when payment is not completed within the 3-day period.
- Customers can cancel or change their orders anytime before payment is made.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Free shipping on orders above P2,000.00 within the Philippines via our courier of the day.
- Funky Streaks can deliver anywhere in the Philippines covered by the couriers (Ninjavan, LBC, JRS, etc.). If Customer selects REGULAR shipping, then Funky Streaks reserves the right to final decision on choice of courier to ensure efficient and timely release of packages for shipping.
- Products are released for shipment one (1) working day after payment is confirmed.
- Funky Streaks will not be held responsible for delays during the transit of your shipment as this is beyond our control (see below for details).
POLICY ON RETURNS
- No cancellations or order changes allowed after completing payment.
- No return, no exchange allowed after completing payment. If customers wish to order a different color, they should make a new order.
- All products shipped by Funky Streaks are sealed and unopened. For hygienic purposes, all return requests on shipped products will not be honored (except for order or delivery errors on Funky Streaks' part).
- If there is a delivery error by Funky Streaks (for example, the delivered item(s) do not match your order), the customer has seven (7) days to file a complaint at funkystreaks@gmail.com. Funky Streaks will request customer to send back the product, and will reimburse the amount spent on return service. Funky Streaks will then send the correct order to customer at no extra charge. (For international shipments, Customer is expected to cover shipping fees for returns and exchanges.)
DISCLAIMER
- The blog articles in this site are meant to be used as guides.
- Since each person's hair is different (in terms of thickness, porosity, texture, reaction to color or bleaching, lifestyle, hair care habits, etc.), Funky Streaks cannot guarantee the intensity of the color nor the duration of color in your hair.
- Packaging of the dyes (label design and bottle type) may change without prior notice, as this is the manufacturer's decision and not within the control of Funky Streaks.
FUNKY STREAKS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Unexpected or unwanted dye results due to customer's usage and mishandling of products sold on our site.
- Staining or bleeding that may happen to clothing due to application or usage of the hair dye. This is expected and precautionary measures must be taken by the customer.
- Any adverse reactions as a result of using our products. Funky Streaks advises and expects customers to do strand and sensitivity tests before actual usage.
- Delays in shipment beyond the control of Funky Streaks. Funky Streaks strives for promptness in releasing orders for shipment to the courier, but if the courier encounters delays in delivering your order for whatever reason (e.g. force majeur, nobody home at time of delivery, etc.), the best Funky Streaks can do is provide support and follow up on courier regarding the status of your order. No refunds will be issued due to shipper/courier delay.
