  3. Click the SUBMIT ORDER FORM button to go to our order form and provide the requested customer and delivery information.

How do I pay?

The following payment methods are accepted:
  • Bank deposit (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Security Bank)
  • Paypal/ credit card
  • G-Cash
  • GrabPay

Do you do meet-ups?

For now, this is not offered while Covid-19 is a serious threat to everyone's health.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

Yes, but coverage area of COD is limited through our preferred courier, Ninjavan. Note that delivery may take 1-3 working days in Metro Manila, and up to 7 working days to deliver to areas outside Metro Manila.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Regular orders will be shipped one (1) working day after payment is confirmed. Regular delivery times are:
  • 1-3 working days within Metro Manila
  • 2-7 working days outside Metro Manila
  • May be subject to delay due to erratic quarantine measures currently in effect.

Grab/Lalamove orders can be released within 1-2 hours of confirmed payment between 11am-5pm.

I need it now. can i get my order today?

Yes you can, but under strict time conditions:
(1) order must be submitted by 20:00 the day before so we can verify if your shipping address is feasible for rush service, and
(2) payment must be completed by 6:00am of the delivery day.
