Can I use your dyes on my black hair?
No. Manic Panic and Special Effects dyes will NOT work on black or dark hair.
Do I need to bleach my hair before using Manic Panic/ Special Effects/ Punky?
Yes, I definitely recommend this. The lighter your hair, the brighter the color results of the dye. However the darker the hair (say light brown to medium brown), the more subtle the color result.
What color do I need to bleach my hair in order to use the dyes?
For more striking color results, you need to bleach your hair to pale blonde hair before you color. For subtle, tinted color effects, you may use the dye on light or medium brown hair.
Should I mix the dye with anything (like developers, peroxide, water, etc.) when or before applying this to my hair?
This is a big NO! The dye is ready-to-use, so do NOT mix it with any developer or peroxide. It should be applied and combed directly into DRY hair.
Are Manic Panic, Special Effects, and Punky permanent dyes?
No, they are semi-permanent dyes. After application, expect the color to gradually fade every time you wash your hair with shampoo, usually over a period of 2-8 weeks. Colors fade due to a variety of factors: length of setting time of the dye during coloring, natural resistance of hair to dyes, frequency of washing hair, strength of shampoo used, exposure to the elements, etc.
What color is best for me?
It depends on what color you like. If you love the color so much, it will love you back. ^_^
Are Manic Panic, Special Effects, Punky, Adore, Sparks, and Pravana dyes safe to use?
Yes, because they are made of natural, herbal-based ingredients that are mild and safe to use. They do not contain harsh chemicals like PPD, ammonia, and peroxide.
Do I have to use all the dye in the bottle/jar?
Not really. You can save some of the dye for re-touches, or even mix in with your conditioner to extend the dye's color in your hair. Just make sure to store any leftover dye in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
I've recently rebonded/curled/styled my hair at a salon. Can I use Manic Panic/ Special Effects/ Punky on my hair?
Before everything else, is your hair already bleached? Because the dyes will not be visible in black/dark hair. Assuming your hair is already the correct light brown or blonde color, then YES, you can use Manic Panic/ Special Effects/ Punky. A warning though: the dyes will fade faster (maybe 1-2 weeks) because the dyes will wash off together with the rebonding/styling chemicals or agents that were used on your hair.
I've dyed my hair with Manic Panic/ Special Effects/ Punky. Can I have it rebonded/curled/hair treatment at a salon?
Yes, you can do that, but be warned: the salon will be washing your hair a lot during styling/spa treatments, and this will make the dye in your hair fade a lot faster.

Can I order through texting or SMS?
If you're a first-time customer, no. You will need to submit an order form so we can have a record of your mailing info and payment preferences.
If I order and pay today, can I get my dyes today too?
If you're lucky and I'm free to meet up with you, yes. Other than that, our regular shipping procedure is to ship your order one working day after payment is confirmed.
I cannot meet up in any of the places in your list, because I live far from these places. Can we meet in Manila/Fairview/Caloocan/other places near to me?
Sorry, I can't do that. If a certain place is not listed, that's because I don't know how to commute there or it's not safe for me to travel there. Instead, an option I can offer is pick up your order at any JRS or LBC outlet near you.
